Auditions for the Fall 2025 Season are complete. We heard an incredible group of singers!

ACS sometimes hold auditions mid-season in January. If you are interested in being considered, please fill out the form below and we will be in touch when auditions are scheduled. Follow us on social media for updates!

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Alexandria Choral Society.

We are looking for singers to join us for our 2025-26 season! The audition process involves vocalization, aural acuity drills, and sight-singing. Singers should also be prepared to perform (a cappella) a simple tune that showcases their vocal beauty and range (such as The Star-Spangled Banner or Amazing Grace). We can also schedule a time for you to observe a rehearsal prior to auditioning.

Alexandria Choral Society rehearses on Tuesday evenings from August through May, and we perform four concerts throughout the season. We also participate in community events in the City of Alexandria and surrounding areas throughout the year.
